It is close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and service minded. We arrived early and they arranged that we could check in to our room at 09.00 am. The breakfast was excellent.
The pool was under maintenance and could not be used, which was a pity as we were only there for 3 days. The pool area is in the shade after 12 noon. The nightclub is quite noisy.

Location. Friendly front desk staff
- I had a non smoking room however cigarette smoke coming from other rooms kept coming into my room through the ac ducts. When I informed the staff, all what they could do it to request other guests not to smoke... Very unreal! - Internet did not work well on my PC and when I requested help, no one was available to help - I made the booking through Booked.net and it was during the Eid season, a high season for hotels. When I arrived, I found that the hotel missed up my booking and gave the room to other high paying guests. The hotel refused to give me a room up until I called Booked.net

Great location right by the beach and easy access from Jumairah st. Cleaner than usual Ramee hotels. Rooms are in 3 seperate buildings makes you feel not in a hotel.
They overbooked the hotel and wanted to relocate us to another Ramee branch but we refused. Ali Baba resturant was quite noizy late at night. Parking could be a problem.

Some staff were very friendly & helpful.
I am very angry and if this was the Uk I would expect my full money back given the room had issues of damp , leaking pipes, wet carpets and the inherent health and safety dangers to my family. Staff member Tilak stole premium chocolates [gift for my family] from my hotel room mini fridge when I checked out. My wife saw him come into my room to assist in taking my bags to the lobby but the first thing on entering my room he did was check the mini fridge. I left my luggage at the hotel and realised later I had left the chocolates (a gift for my family as these are not available in the uk). On my return to the hotel to take my luggage to the airport I asked tilak if he had saw the chocolates in the fridge, his exact reply was "small child took them". He made this comment in front of my wife and at least 3 staff members including reception staff. When I queried this further with reception staff 10 minutes later advised me tilak had thrown the chocolates out. Hotel manager replied back to me, saying; "we do not keep any eatables left over after guest check out and apart from that any valuables or non perishable materials can be entered in the log book and return to the guest according to the procedures. The term using that Tilak has stolen the chocolates is inappropriate." My room also had a burst pipe from day 2 of my stay. The manager was too busy to see me so only met me once man & no one else was able to deal with the matter. I have not had the best experience especially given the health and safety concerns I have had to deal with in the room along with my 7 month old child. The offer of a different room could not be accepted as the only room to fit the same criteria is above the noisy restaurant. Another offer to move from the Jumeirah location to Bur Dubai was rejected given we had paid to stay in Jumeirah & not little India as Bur Dubai has been described as.

The open beach area across from the hotel
Rooms are crockedly organized, i.e master for most of the lights in the room at the left side of the bed without any indication...so is the water heater.

The beach was right outside the hotel, which made the stay really pleasant.
The rooms were not ready when we arrived. We were asked to wait until check in time at 2 PM. However, we were not able to access the room until 4PM.
